French Prairie Farm Feast 2009
The 2009 event was An Elegant Barbecue comprised of a cocktail hour on the deck of the Butteville Store, and a sit-down dinner within this historic establishment. Hors d'oeuvres were complimented with Oregon wine, and the main course centered on roasted hazelnut-finished pork, accompanied with salad and vegetable dishes and a different assortment of Oregon wines. The event was interspersed with farmers describing the products grown and methods used.
